We tuck inside tower, but only at the tower. The goal is to be quick as possible.
I got one that fits length wise and width wise. The elastic all the way around holds it under the swim platform. On the bow, I tie the included straps down through the towing eye, or whatever it's called, to hold front on. I make sure the elastic is under the cleats on each side of helm. That holds the cover enough to it stays close to the tower. On the star side, our dock side, I tie included straps in front of tower to back of tower. It's loose and maybe not necessary, but it does provide extra from really high winds taking the cover off. I paid $145. We did something similar to this on our last boat, replacing it every 3-4 years. First couple of small tears, place duct tape on inside and outside. We remove cover at starboard side swim platform, board boat, remove from port side swim platform, roll it forward from inside center of boat, making sure it doesn't catch on the cleats. Wife doe that, I'm standing in front and put it directly in our dock box that's mounted on front of lift. Probably doesn't weigh 2 pounds. I'm guessing 60-90 seconds.

We missed a week at lake due to bad weather, but here's some quick pics I took.
One thing this cheap silver color showed me was how much spider poop I must have had that I didn't see on black mooring cover.

We have snap covers. I'm fine with them other than the time it takes plus the extra cleaning around the snaps.

I think if I were to order a new boat, I'd just go with a mooring cover. Maybe a Tonneau for just the bow. Sometimes in spring and fall we leave just the bow cover on when we boat.
