yes exactly, probably get tied up in a bunch of red tape. you could run the registration numbers and see if you could get a story on it and see if you could actually do something with it. if it were me i would absolutely try and rescue it. it would be an amazing project to bring that back to life.

Salvage does get tricky, but it can be done. I've dived several sunken boats, but never in an attempt to raise one. Heck, you sport the airfare and tank rental/gear and I'm in!
