Not getting to operating temp was causing the computer to adjust the fuel mixture. Replaced the thermostat and took it out yesterday, I got another 700 RPMs on the top end and the acceleration stumble improved as I drove it around. New spark plugs are in, the old ones were foiled due to the rich mixture.
