Is your “bulkhead keeper” damaged or completely missing?
I want to say that the one on my boat is made of white plastic, but I won’t be able to check and take pictures until this weekend.

The one for the floor is present and white, the one for the starboard bulkhead is missing. To me it resembles a Marelon through hull fitting?

Gotcha. Hopefully someone can chime in sooner than I can. And that is assuming that my boat is using the same fitting as yours.

Here are some pictures of the bow walk-thru keeper fitting. It does not appear to be nylon or plastic. The fitting has a rubbery feel to it, perhaps silicon?
Close up picture of keeper fitting
The picture is taken from the ski locker looking up. This was a complete surprise as I had never looked closely at it before. The length is about 1-3/8” in this picture. I had zero luck in trying to find anything that remotely looks like this fitting.
This is a pic of the apparent identical fitting on the ski locker lid.
But the bottom portion of the ski locker lid fitting is different, lacking the closed end. Or is it different? If you look closely you can see rough edges. It looks like Cobalt took the closed end fitting and cut off the closed end portion to make it work on the ski locker lid.
