A little bit different picture.

We are on our annual summer vacation. My folks are up from Florida and we went in on a lakefront rental.

Date night last night for Jess and I. My parents watching the kids. Went to Fosters Tavern in Alton Bay, walking distance from the rental. We are bar people on date nights. Who sits next to Jess? The director of finance and former sales guy at the local Cobalt dealership. As soon as he announced that, Jess says, I guess I need to switch seats with my husband. We did and I talked his ear off for 45 minutes. Jess was a good sport about it. Lol

Gas was very expensive on the California Delta earlier this month. Now it is a bargain at $5.99 per gallon.

We got hit with hail pretty bad this past Friday. I watched in sadness as my truck got destroyed at my office. Fortunately insurance paid out more than I paid for it new. (Bought it in 2019 precovid)

So here’s my new tow vehicle. Huge upgrade from my XLT. Max tow package to boot.

Didn't get wife's approval, but as some here know, I've had a summer with not much lake until recently. That's me in the middle, wife on the left, and sister from Tulsa on the right.
My sister came to the lake for the week, and we had a great time.
