I'll try to lose extra weight!:) ha-ha I just cant understand contradicting info about the weight of Cobalt 360. Some places list 13,700 dry, no fuel, no goodies, 15k pounds, some places 17K???

I've seen the same things with weights probably 1200 lbs of fuel so maybe that's the difference between 13,700 and 15,000. I think mines about 12500 dry so probably 13,500 with fuel but who really knows. We use the floating lifts at lake of the ozarks and i have a 17000lb lift which dosent seem to have much room left as my boat sits now!

New lit buttons instead of the old switches. I memorize them by color as can not read during the dark.

Nice idea using color coding for usability.

Autopilot install required the replacement of old mechanical steering for new hydraulic Seastar steering.
1. Seastar Helm HH6192-3
2. Seastar cylinder HC5328-3
3. Seastar hoses 22 ft (20 ft would suffice) HO5122
4. Seastar hoses 4 ft (2 ft would suffice) HO5104
5. Seastar T-connectors
6. Raymarine Type 1 pump M81120
7. Seastar hydrolic fluid 3 qt HA5430H
8. Raymarine course computer EV-1
9. Raymarine actuator control unit ACU-200
10. Raymarine head unit P70Rs
11. Raymarine Rudder Position Sensor M81105
... and lotsa of PITA !
Boat steers smooth and responsive - much better then the old rack and pinion mechanical steering but the autopilot is not functional for now - pump working but not driving outdrives nither to Port not to Starboard...... troubleshooting....

switched to Hill Signature 22 pitch 4 by 4 from 20 pitch. Speed went up to 50 mph but rpm dropped to 4600 (this is still within WOT range recommended by Mercruiser). I am not very concerned with speed as this is a heavy boat (maybe 7 ton=15400).
