These look awesome pwillson07!

Just ordered a 12' version; Generation 2 (so our dog can play too) in the following colors...

Blue...black...lime green...lime green...black...blue.

Those will be soooo fun!

Thanx again!

My father in law has the stack mat. Much easier to store, but the downside is if they are not allowed to dry completely before storing, they stink of mildew. Not a problem with the Lilly pad. The thin Lilly pad is easier to roll than the thick one for sure. They are both good products, each with pros and cons.

I agree.

Just got off the phone with Tonya at Bair Products (Aquastack mats). We ordered ours on March 31st and should receive it by Memorial day.

Just wanted to let folks know that Bair products has a high demand for these so order the Gen 2 mats early. Their black mats are the ones which are still to arrive on the container ship in mid-May.

Yes. We stay at my in-law’s house in Erie when we boat. I swear it’s better than a bed and breakfast. Home away from home. They built their home after graduating high school.

Then my father-in-law built that beast of a basketball hoop out of discarded pipe back in the day when he worked at GE locomotive. Raising five kids meant not much disposable income with which to spend. He passed away in 2013 but I think his hoop will survive a zombie apocalypse. :D

Great story and picture. It does look cool though. It's amazing what people come up with. Great minds.

Yes, that will be interesting, Matt. They are fairly light (without water in them) & come with a carry strap. The new ones we purchased have drainage areas to allow the water to come out. We shall see how they work out on the water Supposedly they fold in and out pretty easily. That will be interesting too. .

I plan on taking a vote by the kids of what activities we want to do that day.
If floating mats are a request, then I’ll strap them to the extended swim platform. 8-)
