I wonder if Formula does start to focus at least a little bit more on 28' and under BRs if they are paying attention and see that Cobalt quality reputation has been taking a hit under Malibu.
It's interesting they are focusing hard on CCs given how many big players already exist in that market.

Interesting what a viable alternative is to Cobalt in the new boat market. Formula seems to be the real alternative, but i have looked at the chriscrafts as well and they seem to have that same vibe of the older Cobalts. I also really like the Tiara's!

Tiara makes a really solid boat, but they start at 34' - right about where Cobalt stops. Erickson Marine (shameless plug - who used to be the best Cobalt dealer in the upper midwest before they lost their Cobalt franchise) carries Tiara, as well as Prestige and some other high-end boats for being in lake country instead of on the ocean, and are still a family business with good people.

That Tiara 34 LX is pretty sweet.
