Can anyone suggest a company that can recreate a Cobalt quality bimini frame? My downfall was a low tree limb.

Check with your upholstery shop. Many of them make binimi tops.

Depending on the year, Great Lakes Boat Tops made some of the OEM canvas and bimini's. If not, check with a dealer or Cobalt to find out who made your top. Another option, most canvas shops can fabricate bimini frames.
