I’m curious, What do you do with the old carpet snap holes? Just leave them be and the don’t transfer through or do you fill them in?

I filled them with gel coat but you really don't need to.

You should try floating that boat on some water. All that garage boating your going to end up with dry rot.

Ok I'm removing my old seadek in the walk through and the step. If anyone tells you it's easy they are full of crap. The glue is a bitch. I have 3 hours into this and I'm not closeto being done on the step yet. The walk through is ok. There is no way when they replace the old stuff that they remove allof the old glue. I'm using acetone and it's a pain. Pictures coming soon. I hope. I have to gel a few holes as one is going to show from a snap they put to close to the edge.

Heat gun and a liberal amount of Goo-B-Gone then a plastic putty knife and it comes up a little easier than scrubbing with acetone. Did on mine anyway. Looks great by the way! I was torn between the grey or the Mocha color. Went with mocha but now second guessing the grey!

Wish I was as up to speed as everyone else on this thread. Waiting in my second dry fit kit to arrive. Hopefully this one will be close enough I can get my order into production and delivered before Labor Day. I started this project back in February! I am jealous with envy of how great everyone’s are turning out. Only makes my anticipation grow.

Well I just placed an order on Monday for my swim platform and walk through. She said as of now they are 3-4 weeks out. So hopefully I will have mine mid July.

I went with gray over black teak lines. That should match my sea grass carpet.

I talked to her yesterday to start working up a price for the cockpit. I have learned it shows dirty foot prints easy. I think I'm going to get it done this year.
