I did a 1-BR VIlla when we went. Big guys on the pullout couch, little guy in a pack and play, Mom and dad with their own room, BR and balcony. It worked really well.

Thye do have 2 BR villas.

I don’t believe there are three bedroom suites available anywhere in Disney. Two bedroom suites are at Yacht/Beach club, Saratoga/Old Key West, Bay Lake Tower, the Boardwalk, AK, Wilderness Lodge, the Grand and a few others. Buckle up... not cheap, but necessary.
The problem is availability.

Yeah we were looking last night. AK looks awesome, but the 2BR villa is too small for us...we're back to finding a condo close by. That will give us the flexibility of going to different places over the couple weeks we're there. I want to go to the Air and Space Museum at Cape Canaveral too. If we can, we'll try to book when there is a launch, we'll see.

When I took the kids we rented a three bedroom house with a pool through VRBO .

yup, we do the same, sometimes condo sometimes house, depends on location and pricing. It's nice to hit local farmers markets and make your own meals some days.

We're going with my Mother In Law, so 3 bedroom is a must, lol.
