The Rock, the tiki bar at rock lane. Then I believe there is a bar on top of the floating cafe at Indian point marina. There use to be a bar at what’s up dock as well but I think it closed.

Did you know the Rock use to be called the bearded clam?

Boat went in the water last Saturday. Went down today to load it up. Took it for a ride to make sure it still floats.

I had a laundry list of things to take care of today so he stayed home. I had to reinstall my subwoofer because the adhesive on the cone separated last year so I pulled it and had it repaired under warranty over the winter. Then I gave it a good interior detail and wiped everything with protectant. They did a buff and wax job before dropping it. Then I had to store all my stuff that was sitting in my basement. Just took it for a ride up and down the lake to burn some of last years fuel and keep it moving. I don’t like letting it sit more than a week because the scum builds up.

My entire marina is Cobalts. There are 200 boats in the marina and I would say close to half are Cobalt. Then maybe 25% are Nautique and then a mix of others for the remainder. That particular Cobalt is waiting for pick up. There are a few slots opposite me that are designated transient spots so once they’re commissioned for the season people will pick them up to drive back to their lake homes.

The marina is a Cobalt and Nautique dealer.

Man what a day at the rock! Here is a nice pic from mil creek today. one casualty of the day however. The rock swallowed up my anchor. Good thing I always have a spare on board
