Pulled the trigger and bought an underwater LED from boatpluglight.com. Went with the Vega in blue. 8000 lumens should do the trick.

Should arrive by Friday. Wanted a bit of bling for our vacation next week!

Apparently these drain plug lights are the bomb.

However, I'm sidetracked working an engine alarm issue so light test voyage will have to be put on hold for now
my friend.

Mine doesn't light up the wake the way some do - I wonder if it's that it's directly behind the drive or not pointed to the sides with a splitter or that it's not bright enough... Water is very clear and it was very cool swimming in the middle of the lake with everything lit up.

Which model did you go with Liquid? How many lumens?

And of course, pictures or it didn't happen...

I'll get a pic in September when I'm back down the lake. Says 1000 lumens but as I've read the power varies a ton and are often misrepresented with these lights. I do know it blinded the f out of me when I looked directly at it so there's that.
