Yes night and day with a amp. My wet sounds fit right in except the bow where it wasn't deep enough. I had to buy spacers. The other 220 I had used kickers from the factory on the upgraded system. Jl well they just have to be out on there own island you know. 90%of the 6.5 will fit in there without any issues.

So your bow speakers stick out a bit more?

Anyone know anything about Fusion? Trying to do my homework and found something/ someone rating them as their top marine speaker for 2019.

You would never know they are spaced. If I didn't say anything you would never know. There isn't much room up frt. They are tucked up in there. Your higher end speakers have much larger magnets. Fusion yes is ranked high. Great head units. I've yet to hear them so I guess that's saying something. I go with what you are seeing and hearing. That's JL, Kicker, Wet Sounds and Polk. Mnboater posted another brand but I never heard of them but he said they were very nice and not pricey.

If you need to add spacing it's a good excuse to buy some LED speaker rings.

When you guys do those speaker LED's, you have a separate controller that allows you to change to several different colors right? Can you dim them too?

Oh no another LED guy - BBP you can take this one. Team Nauti prefers the classy and timeless no LED look.

Yes with the controller you can do anything you want with them. If you don't want led's just get a plain Ole spacer.

I needed something up there for night time fishing. Never had em on while under power.

Black lights were so I could see my line at night while trolling.

Eye hear you on deteriorating fast. I know nothing about fishing other than you don't fish out of a Cobalt. Lol. Interesting on the light reasons though.
