I just purchased an '08 222 with a 6.2! First Cobalt and I am in love :) I have grey carpets that the previous owner would remove every use and hang to dry, I think the frequent in/out put some extra stress on them and the black backing is disintegrating. I am sold on Seadek for the swim deck and was considering doing the whole boat. I think NautiGirl just sold me. Question: Do you have the pattern for the layout and is 07 and 08 the same? They didn't have it on the Seadek website or when I called them...

Thank you! Took the better part of a year to find the right combo of options, engine and the right previous owner! haha Only thing to do now is order a thru hull exhaust kit. Looking at Corsa Captain's Call Plus. Any recommendations BBP?

Sharp color combo Mitch.

Thanks for posting. The rubber backing on the carpet tends to disintegrate in spots whether you hang it or not. The cushion feel, cooler temp in the sunlight, and ease of cleaning carpets without wear marks is nice too.

That being said, the Sea Dek looks nice.

Thanks for the pictures and welcome aboard mate!

Watch for them and a deal will pop up.

Hey Mitch, welcome from KY and sharp boat.

We had a local guy template and install our interior seadek for us. We did the template and install ourselves with the platform. We don't have the template, but the 07/08 are the same layout so you shouldn't have any issue with either year. Get rid of those carpets and go 8mm on the seadek...feels nice under foot!

2007 222 320hp - low hours, looks in excellent shape. I assume those of you who know these boats the best would still be confident in such a boat?

I pulled the trigger and bought the boat. I have officially become a Cobalt owner.
