Buy =0
Looked at = 2 (232 & 242)
Email, call, face timed=3 (R3, R3, 242 WSS 380 w/ CC)
Really thought the white/black 232 was nice..super clean. There's an R3 in Oklahoma that I had a nice chat about with a seemingly great guy from Arrowhead marine. Another R3 in CT that looks pretty sharp as well and both R3's come with heritage matching trailers which is a huge plus. (All 3 of them have the VP 300 ).
Might be a little while before we pull the trigger but since we're open to many models, I'm confident that something just right will be available when we are ready.(And by "we" I really mean "she") :lol:

It's actually funny! First boat I skied behind was a 17ft glastron with a 130 and it did just fine. I had a 18 ft with a 170 and another with the 175. They all did great. I know Dub enjoys his with the 240. They all have there place that forsure.
Ok let's get back to the 232/242/r3 BB hunt. Enough of the small talk.

Before buying new, we were looking at a 242 and a 232.
The 242 had the rear seat back rest that moved both ways. The 232 was stationary.
That alone made my wife eliminate the 232.
Same factor played important role in picking R3 of CS22.

Every trip out, no matter whose on my 242 I can count on them flipping the rear seat and heading to the sundeck. They love it.

I gave up dog, shotgun, golf, snow skiing and many other things to buy my new Cobalt. Lol.
Purchased new on May 26, 2019: already 65 hours. That's a lot of gas and beer though.

No, that is a new one, and a nice one. I generally don't care for the giant W but it seems a bit more subtle with those colors....a bit.
