BBP, I do hope so, but the nice thing is they're exactly the same engine until somewhere around 4500 rpm. So, my hole shot, cruise, etc., are all the same as the V8-300. I'm glad I got the duo prop up front - the combo makes the 210 jump pretty well.

Let's discuss the game of Kubb. Any of you familiar? One of our buddies introduced this game and now it dominates every back yard outing. I literally dropped my quilt on the ground. Sadly the turtle riding snake sits half crocheted.

Here's a jump off:

Gee it’s such a simple to understand game. I can see it’s Swedish influences.
Back to Corn Hole or harmless lawn darts. ( Hold my lemon drop).
Again, your Californianess is coming out. Especially when you talk about a cornholes. Kinda skeers me..😁 I never can get used to the idea of that game name.
Didn’t we try “ Dry filled corn sewn neatly into a rainbow canvas bag, and thrown into a hole 26 feet away “
It was a tad long, and difficult to remember or market🤣🤣.So in respect for the Swedes Kubb.. I’m going with Hoed. ( kinda catchy)

BBP is furiously working on an ECU Flash for you in his basement. Don't worry it's totally legit. At it's base computer code is all ones and zero's, BBP can't typo that.

240 would scare me a bit, but 300hp should be easily doable at some point. The V8-225 and V8-300 are exactly the same mechanically (no cams, throttle body, or anything else is different) except for the ECU/flash. So, the only thing needed to make my 5.7L a V8-300 is new code, and BBP has been keeping an eye out for me since about when he joined. Plus, the HP/torque is the same on both up into the mid 4000 rpm range as they currently exist, and it's rare that I miss the top 800 rpm or so I'm less eager about it than I once was.

They are all less eager to they have it. Ask bobrae. Heck he's already eyeing up the 430. He's skipping the 380. And the 240.🤣🤣🤣

Yep. Sounds odd, I know, but it's a lot cheaper than the V8-300 was, and it's the same engine throughout the throttle range I use. And not much more expensive than the V6 4.3L was at the time. Tons of torque, and much quicker accelerating than the V6, especially with the duo prop on a 210.

Old school: Boy playfully pulls girl's hair. Father's advice to girl: Be worried if he stops pulling your hair.

New school: "Snowflake" girl offended. Boy denounced on Wanted Posters as a predator. Snowflake hailed as courageous "victim." Boy expelled from school.

It's called playful teasing. It's an honor. If you can't take it, you don't deserve the valuable advice offered by the members on this forum. (Please, please don't turn this into another PC, vanilla forum!) Further, if someone's offended about teasing over engine displacement, then what he lacks is not HP, but self-esteem.

That was wonderful Kate, and fun to read!

And yes...

You absolutely deserve an apology from me. My word track can be spotty at times, and I fear I could add to the shaming so I’ll leave you with this.
