I like the chrome light inside, Bfun220.

No chrome surround available???

Ahhhh. Disregard. Had to look back a page. I see the surround bolts on.
Looks fantastic!!!

Made 1 mistake, thought these were for wet location and there not. They are good for enclosed fixture though. So hopefully they stay dry.

I'm not real worried, there's a good rubber seal behind the chrome covet.

Let us know. LED lights look bright, but without the correct reflection, they fall flat.

Be careful Bfun220.
While on our 262 heading into a wave, twice our bow went down hard into the water while driving at only 5 mph but it was enough to push the docking light out.

Seal them well.

Not sure what I'm missing here but I've never had water behind mine. Plus it's water tight if you lost the bulb and cover some how? I don't think there is a seal behind the chrome cover but I'm old and can't remember if there was one. I'm sure my lights have been under water a few times no issues.

You are on it Big Block-- just to know that water can submerge those lights at times even though you think they are quite a bit above the waterline.

On the older style docking lights, the cup surrounds can push into the anchor locker if you unexpectedly take a wave hard enough.

I have been through some large waves. Even speared one the other week sending water over the bow. No water in the lights. These are water tight.
BB, when I said seal, I meant the large rubber ring that fits around the light under the crime cover.

I forgot to update. I tried lights last night. They seem bright enough but was hard to tell. They are suppose to be same as 40w bulb. Old bulbs were 50w.
