Matt "when" I buy a 282 it'll have to have a tower installed.

Yesterday a guy at the dock said his wife fell in love with my boat. He asked if I would sell it.

" You dang skippy".
"How much"?
"You fire a shot. But make sure your gun is loaded and don't shoot a blank".

Then he told me after his wife said that the night before, he found a 2011 on Craigslist for $68,000. I told him that's a different boat, and they quit making the 262 series in 07. Then I added that my boat is a better design, and he could get mine for a little cheaper than that. (nibblenibble) A better boat, less money.
"These Cobalts have a timeless design and really hold their value well, and even though this boat came loaded out, I've done lots and lots of aftermarket upgrades". (tickletickle)
"Well, what would you take for it"?
"You fire first. You're the one that started this conversation"!
"Hmmm. I'll talk to my wife".
"Sure. If you buy it I'll even winterize it for you".

Whatever. I'm sure he's going to shop me, and that's fine! I'm not really ready to sell just yet anyway.

But I'd thump this sucker in its lil'pumpkin head if he offered me some stupid number, and be on the hunt for a 282 with twins immediately!

Did you mention the former McDonald's executive? That ought to be worth a few hundred on its own.

I was hoping our member Marcus would return as he was installing a Samson forward Cobalt arch on his. mmmmmm the company is only a day drive so I was waiting.

Maybe his deal fell through. Hopefully he gets back to us.

I wish Cobalt did the Bimini in a hideaway. Like Chris craft and many builders. I personally like the clean lines .

But is was hotter than a w...e in church yesterday ( that’s the talk I’m now using) and that’s when it comes out. Or when anchored
