Yes it is!
Yes,it’s cad plated but there are some areas by the connecting hardware and parts of the band which had rust spots. Thevrust didn’t harm the galvanized material but it’s starting so figured I’ll treat and paint while I have it up and dry.

I’m actually going to move the skis on the right further back in the slip and then fill the entire forward Area with decking so I have a platform for tables and chairs on the water.
When I get my 40 footer (never), I’ll just remove the decking and put in another lift.
My '95 252 and my dad's '98 252 were both off center, wheel was turned probably 45-60 degrees to the left when the boat was going straight. His was like that since new, and since mine is identical I think some were just like that. Fixed it when I replaced the wheel with aftermarket.

I changed those out to stainless today, so, so much nicer.

And I definitely have lift envy! I'm headed back to the lake on Feb 9th. I'm hoping they have started construction of the new slips by then. I should be getting a new slip and lift this spring and I'm thinking of having them install the long arm version so I can back into my slip. It sure would make it nice when it comes to boarding and putting the cover back on. We'll see..
Wow! I'm really feel'n the love here!AsLan7 wrote: Tue Jan 30, 2018 8:46 amHey now! What about Cobalt262? He needs some love too!

You’re right Ytmsn! How can I forget.....Especially since his boat loving daughter is the same age as my daughter ...& she also loves boating! They could be best friends.

Really nice lift set up. I love those hydros.
I got lucky and reclocked the steering wheel, small adjustment at the rear and bam, straight:-)thunder550 wrote: Mon Jan 29, 2018 6:02 pmMy '95 252 and my dad's '98 252 were both off center, wheel was turned probably 45-60 degrees to the left when the boat was going straight. Beautiful boat BTW, and I'm super impressed (and jealous) of your slip setup. Nice!!

Those stainless steel cup holders really dress it up nice. I definitely have to do that to mine! What brand/make did you end up going with? Thanks
