Will be looking to install the lighting for the speakers as well as the correct LED bulbs.

Also got some prop testing to do.

Mirage + 23p = slow to plane, but good mid and top end. 62.5 MPH on Garmin E trex GPS

Just got a Bravo 1 22p 4 blade

Also have the Rev 4 21p 4 blade

Can also try a High Five 5 blade if curious. Got them in 21p 23p and 25p
Curious to see your prop results. I started with the Mirage 23, tested a Rev4 23, and ended up buying a Rev4 21. I'm thinking I could run a 22 pitch 4 blade but haven't wanted to spend the money.

Yep, was following your thread when i was looking into purchasing this boat. That's why I bought the Rev 4 21p when it popped up.

Was also reading another thread on here where the guy was loving that 22p bravo 1. Now he does have the ECU remapped on his. Might make a difference.

Opinions needed please.

Looking into new Faria gauges since my tach is acting funky. I really want a GPS speedo and that comes with a compass built in. So I now have the center 4" gauge open if I go that route.

Option 1: Multi function 4" gauge (oil, temp, fuel, and volt) and put it into the compass location. Purchase matching depth gauge with air and water temp and place it into the old 2" fuel gauge location. This will put all my gauges at the top of the dash where I can see them easily. I will now have both side panels open for switches.

The problem with this scenario is I then need to fabricate 2 new side panels to cover the old gauge holes. And purchase a depth gauge as well.

Option 2: forget the depth gauge and install a clock in the fuel location. Only need to make 1 panel then and don't need to buy depth gauge.

Option 3: Just install new 2" gauges into stock location and leave the compass in place. (won't match new gauges though)

What would you do?

Crap weather didn't allow me to take the boat out this week end. My friend was feeling brave an decided to venture out for a bit.

Glad he did....

The GF wanted to apply vinyl conditioner again today and was going to use the 303. I told her no. Remember what happened last time?

What are you guys using that doesn't yellow the vinyl?

Using bling viynl conditioner now myself. Again the yellow comes from cross contamination of the cleaners chemicals.

Yes I used to use their conditioner but it leaves a slippery film so that's why I switched.

Which one did you get?

The one I got was cheap. like $6 on Ebay. BUT.... It's all plastic except for the spring. (I'm sure it will rust out), but everything else should hopefully hold up. If it doesn't, I'm out $6.

Dam, just found it for $4

Drilled my own screw mount holes

And it allows the USB cord to be plugged in while in the holder

Oh yeah, I put small rubber bumpers on the bottom of the SS cup holder to help prevent rattling of the cooler.

It happens to space the cooler enough that the USB cord runs from the back of the radio, through the cup holder bottom, and out to the cell phone. Even with a beverage in the cup holder.

Nice, I got 2 of these, one for both sides. It’s all plastic, so it won’t last forever, but no mounting hardware, just double sided tape, so they’ll come off whenever they fall apart. I think both mine were $5 shipped. I’ll try to remember to snap a pic this afternoon when we’re on the boat.
