When the drive is up, you can't put the swim step down - electric or manual, but if you are on a sand bar, I"m thinking you don't need the swim step?

We use our ladder even with the sandbar...and with the extra water level extended swim platform. Never been a fan of the swim step for various reasons but can see the application in certain markets (definitely not our family’s though ).
you dont like your extended swim platform? Why so? I love a good extended swim platform. More space the better.

Sorry. Good catch TR. meant swim step. Not a fan of the drop down swim step. Went back and did the correction. ...and yes we LOVE our extended swim platform.

So I googled Cobalt Boat R8 and this website popped up. Looks like a Cobalt webpage under design which includes R8 in the dropdown. Announcement coming!!!???
