Here’s a depressing one. The snow was all gone and the lake was looking like it would be ice free by next weekend until this latest storm came in and dumped 10 inches of snow. Ice out will likely not be until the end of April now. I don’t know if I can wait that long!

Ha! Nope. Only when I take a picture! But I can't claim this one. A buddy took it with his phone and I wanted to share.

SoIL is a beautiful area, I miss it a lot. Little Grand Canyon, Garden of the Gods, Shawnee National Forest, Kinkade Spillway, really beautiful.

She sure does akor! That red shines so brightly, the water cops are going to want to give you a speeding ticket while she’s standing still.
