I have the "upgraded" system on my '13 232 - which really means an amp and a sub. The speakers are mid grade Kicker - for the price they sound pretty good. The system is definitely underpowered.
I've been thinking I would upgrade the speakers and sub and add a 900w amp with JL equipment. I could just do the amp, but as long as it's at the shop... I may upgrade in the spring after I get new tires for the trailer and get her all pretty.
And to your question AsLan7, Cobalt mounts the sub in front of the first mates seat. Good vibes for all.

Roger that Chris.
Thanx
...and we will most likely do the same when we install the tower speakers and TV. Hopefully this spring.
