The swim platform is pretty thick so just Make sure the studs are long enough.
Darn I'm doing good this year sending other people's money.
Oh I just crawled into my boat Yea

Might not be the right place but I'm thinking about seadek for the swim platform. Don't see any 212 application on the Seadek Web site. Is the 212 swim platform the same as another Cobalt model that might be listed?
I have sent Seadek a inquiry but haven't got a response yet.
.
Check with SC Wake. When I did my 252, SeaDek didn't have anything for it. SC Wake had a template for a '99 252, which ended up being identical to my '95 except for the location of the ladder.

I just purchased my (new to me) Cobalt 2007 212 and just received my SeaDek Template today for the swim platform. Had to replace my old Cobalt 23LS that sunk in Hurricane Harvey. It will probably be a month or so before I get a chance to work the template and send it in. Not sure if that helps.

Congrats on the 212 too.
If you feel like it, we would love a separate post about your new purchase. Any pics????
Sorry to hear about your 23LS. Hopefully Mother Nature will be kinder to your 212.

Welcome Aboard Bobo87! It's great to have another 212 owner in the forum. Great group of folks here -- always happy to provide good advice, a laugh and figure out ways to spend your money for you.
Here's a pic of my 2007 212. Bought it last year out of Texas and exported it to the Toronto, Canada area.

Thank you for the warm “Texas Howdy”.
Colinc - that sur is a pretty 212. Good thing you got it last year. I had to get mine out of North Carolina. Not many good used boats in Texas these days after Harvey. I had 6 neighbors who all lost their boats too.
