That's a sharp looking rig. Definitely a head turner.

But I would dial them down pretty tight... Just saying. That's the way I've done it with goosenecks, utility trailers, car haulers, stock trailers... You name it. Crank them down to where the trailer is doing most of your braking. I don't know if that's the "right way" but that's how I've always done it!
Me too. Basically what I did. I’m at 2.5 things a beast!
How did u get your hands on this?

Honestly not much. The big difference was sleep. Everyone slept. Which is super weird when camping. Here’s my favorite shot Tusc.

Mom approved! She has earmarked one weekend a year for three nights.

She wanted a cabin so dragged an f in cabin.

Side note. There were a lot of bears. It also poured the first night. RV was money.

As smart as GM brake module is you need to keep your 7 pin tidy and corrosion free. And resistance senced in the hook up it will drop it out and leave a earring message unless you turn off and re plug the 7 pin.
I recommend putting a plastic zip lock and rubber band or zip tie on the trailer 7 pin to seal it when not in use.

Rumor also has new models are going to sence trailer and auto engage tow mode for delayed shift and braking down shift. ( so we won’t have to remember everytime we start it)

Looks mean liquid!!
I swear, I'm gonna have to start calling you Mr Goodwench instead of Matt. You're full of good information! Good stuff and I enjoy learning from you. Keep it coming!
Agreed. Consistently good info cmatt. Feel like I learnt sumfin from the 30% of what I understand you’re saying.
Another side note cmatt. Guy said it was 6100 lbs. turns out it’s 7600. My test worked fine on flat earth. The hills in ADK were something else. Cranked to 4.0 and that did the trick.

Still I was at max capacity on my rig with all my gear technically. Burban pulled it real easy. 55 ft total through mountain towns

The self level is impeccable. I stopped to drop off garbage and it leveled again. How does this tech work?

I get 12 on average towing. Not sure I like the black and gold colors but it’s paid for and only has 82k87C9D800-178F-4BEA-9171-4E9D7BCE9D56.jpeg
Nice rig. My 04 Lexus RX 330 pulls just fine. 193k. Paid off. Hard time upgrading when I’ve never had a problem.

The murdered out burb I got for the wife.

Mine has a tape deck.

That’s a happy pic liquid. Camping is a blast..Especially with that trailer!!

The murdered burb worked good . You wouldn’t gain more towing with a different gear and the “ Auto ride/ level just uses simply small arms and sensors off the rear axel to frame .

The bcm has a pre determined height it commands and when it senses a drop it airs up the ol Gabriel Hijackers.. oops. Rear shocks. ( you still have coil springs).

Rear air suspension is Rated only to 400lbs so don’t get crazy. Or crazier!

You already have the weight distrabution hitch so that’s a plus. May consider a sway bar to lock down the wander response with the tires as they tend to sway as compared to a 10 ply.

We talked earlier posts as flat land towing is used on 80 % of tow rating measures now, and it skues real world “Hill” driving for the typical 1/2 truck owner.

Your 6000 lb trailer becomes 12000 lbs on a 4 % grade.. as you now know. I’m glad you found the sweet spot for your brake setting.

Ok.. lemonade is wearing off.. :D

Those are sharp!! Did you look at the SRT or just wanted the R/T? If I didn't get a boat I'd be driving a Charger Hellcat right now. Love those things.
