Just realized I did not post the new rig here.

2019 F150 3.5 SCrew Ecoboost, Max Tow package pulling the 2010 232. All all match colors.

Does much better than the 2004 5.4 Triton ever did.

This was posted to the Cobalt Boats FB group this morning. I looked it up, apparently these things were rated to tow 7000 lbs in the right configuration, holy crap! Never would have guessed.

There's a ton of positive comments about it, which is great. I do have to say though, I laughed (and rolled my eyes) at everyone loving this Roadmaster while I got pooh-poohed for towing my boat with the Benz, which is also properly rated

That is funny T550. Saw this on our chatroom discussion too.

Amazing how large those windows are!

The funny thing is that this era of station wagon is right up there with the top three cars my wife would love to own. She had some great memories traveling across the country (at 6 mpg  ) in a Vista Cruiser with her parents and five siblings. She sat in the rumble seat the entire way.

I have a feeling she would trade both our Mercs for one.

Well well. If she’s a 1994 she’s got a LT1, and with a glass rook pack along with the woody upgrade even Clark Griswold would drool.

I notice they are praying at the hitch area prior to leaving..... Always a good idea 😎

Again was it a used boat? How did he buy it from a non local dealer?

Maybe this one wouldn't be so bad? Ended up at a used car lot 10 miles from me (or a very good imitation, right down to the Gas Monkey logo on the quarter panel). Want me to call and get a price?

Nope! 😂

Our launch is 100 yards from my driveway so I’ll just swap it out if something isn’t happy. Took 2 min to swap the ecu so I’m boating either way, lol.
