Mine were aftermarket, they're just LED speaker rings. And you can add the LED strips to the bottom of your cubby and wire it into a spare switch on the dash. My old boat had blue strips but I think Drillers are RGB. One thing I discovered it you add these...
The blue light attract bugs and mosquitos, so only turn them on when underway or every bug in the county will land on your boat!

Dang it!! I was loving that blue look too!!

Get RGB and you can change them to any color you want. And as long as your moving you'll be fine.
A7 I've not had the vibrations with my 262 anything thing my 240 had. It's seems to be pretty quiet. I hunted down the rattle on my 240 and made it go away but this boat is pretty solid

Thx YT.
I noticed that panel vibrating last year when I bought the boat. I initially thought it was the sub woofer cover. Should be an easy fix when I get the boat out of storage

My gunwale, speaker rings, and underwater are all RGB. When (if) I get time I'll take some photos. I believe I can even make BBP happy with the Dreamsickle look.

Thanks! It sounds that way too.
I'm digging the RBG lights, but I don't have the blue LED strips in the cubby on this one like Driller. He installed them on his boat, and with the blue LEDs on and red speaker rings it is a freakin cool look!
The LED lights aftermarket or do you have to buy them with the speakers?
You can buy them aftermarket for the JLs. 6-1/2" and 10" sub.
Here's a link to some of the gear to make it happen. If you search around there are a lot of venders at better prices.

I know BBP has wired them up before so he can advise. I had mine installed, so I don't know a whole lot about the systems. Looked at some of the wiring diagrams and got confused, but I'm sure it is not as complicated as it appears.

So are you saying it's not as complicated as it appears because BB was able to wire them ? Lol

If I can do it anyone can do it. You know if you did it wrong if the magic wire starts to smoke

Lol. Yes, smoke needs to remain in the wire.

I changed my Kenwood head unit and added these remotes. Works great!

Not cheap ... But thought I'd start the season off with a known quantity vs the two batteries that came with the boat.

Smart move. Better safe than sorry.
I toss my batteries after three seasons.

Agreed. These are also an upgrade in CCA Amps, but more importantly, have a 205 minute reserve capacity.

You all know I like doing some goofy stuff so I had these stickers made to see how I liked them. They turned out ok but not perfect. But I'm working on More of them. They look nice on the center caps.
