Rain held off great day on the Bay

I bought a wake foil as a Father’s Day gift to myself and it arrived yesterday. The kids are loving it even though my son is currently the only one that can stay up for more than about 30 seconds before falling. The boat speed is only 9 mph so the falls are easy on the body.

It was dusty here yesterday, but we had a great time on the water. We went out at about 12:30 and didn't roll back in until almost 7! Then we went down by the dock to watch the dusty sunset. Someone said if it rained it would rain mud drops. I believe it..

I tried to post earlier and messed up.

Admiral was taking pics, there is a theme to her photo roll. It was a good evening out, we found and tied up with some old cruising peops. A beverage, a cigar, a good time.
Louise took very well to a paddle board. Even figured out how to sit in a spring float and just float around. She's turning into a pretty good boat dog.

We got to get on Table Rock about 10 days ago. Ironically we are headed back down there in the morning for 4-5 days. We met up with T-Grace and White Lightning for lunch at Watson's and a little Cobalt tie-up.

Not to get political, but SC is a red state.
The latest Trump boat parade, on Lake Murray, had 3417 boats by best estimation and was quite the event. At one point, the parade was 16 miles long, and the people waiting to leave the departure site waited for 1.5 hours for traffic to allow forward movement. Let me tell you, once the boats started running, the water got pretty sporty. Plus a 15 mph head wind, it was a challenge to keep up a fast pace. The 220 was certainly up to the task, it's a heavy beast. We burned a half tank of fuel and had a blast. Like a bike run, but different.
