I was watching the videos on the classic cobalt site and noticed boats backed into docks.
I’m gonna practice but I may need a pilot.
In last years if you look you will see one that isn't. Yep that's mine

yep I took crap for it. But oh well. I didn't hit anyone and they didn't hit me. All good. Lol
Lol, I will have to go back and look.
So now the challenge is to learn this maneuver so you are still the only one

.
Or I could be bribed into joining you
Honestly they all docked wrong and I was the only one that did it correctly

The bad thing is I don't think they are going to Watsons this year? So not sure where they are headed? It's a good fun run till you miss a turn

Came here to ask about the 2021 Regatta. Left satisfied:-)
See everybody there.
(Assuming my exhaust manifolds are all that succumbed to the cold snap. Yes, I pushed my luck and lost. New manifolds and risers get here tomorrow))

As far as the definition of a classic cobalt... there really is none. but we like to think its 1991 and older, since this was the last year Cobalt produced the "classic series" (19BR, 21BR, 21CC). its funny how some people have these later 90s cobalts and LOVE to be considered a classic rather than a late model lol
OK, I have a '92. I won't call it a classic. Going anyhow, last year was a blast:-)

Is anybody staying at the campgrounds in Kimberling City? We just booked a spot through Port of Kimberling. New to the regatta, do you need to get registered for this?

there will be a registration link that comes out in June from the Harbor for the saturday one. You get a nice swag bag with some t-shirts and what not. POK isn't to far from where the regatta will be. 15min boat ride.

Got a condo in Branson. That would work right? Or just get a room at Chateau or Big Cedar? Never been to the regatta. Wanted to go. What actually happens outside of great company, drinks, and food? The boat part. LOL!

We are now hearing The Chateau is already booked with a big boat show that weekend, so the regatta may be back at Campbell Point this year.

Don't they know who we are?
I'm calling dad to get this straightened out

I received an email from the classic cobalt site. Registration is open.
Question for a rookie. I just need to register my boat; not everyone in the crew?

Register your boat and then it will ask how many are in your group so they have a headcount.

Does everyone register or just the classics? I’m new to this.

They are both different events.
Regatta will come out from the harbor marina in Branson. They will announce registration.
