And back to the water issue... I got nervous watching that video... You had like 50lbs of ice that melted in an on board cooler right?!? Please say yes.

Oh I have a spot for that post :-)

Yea that could get ugly quick.need to find that leak. Is the bilge pump working? Or not enough to kick it on yet.

That has to be enough water to kick the bilge on... No way it's not.

Like I suffer don't run the boat. That will tell you if it's from a part that is submerged in the water vs the engine water intake and cooling parts.

Thanks for the vid. Waiting for my wife to come home from running some errands then heading out to check it out. The ramps are pretty dead this time of year, so I'm going to dunk the trailer and start searching without starting the boat. Depending on what I find I may move it over to the dock and leave the engine idling and search some more. Going to pull the bilge pump tray out first so I can actually see the very back/bottom of the bilge too.

I wish it was that. We didn't use the built in coolers at all. Nobody was in the water either, so no water being brought in from wet swimsuits or life jackets or towels or toys or anything. Only wet thing that came back into the boat was the anchor and rode. The bilge was dry when we put the boat in, so all of what you saw come out was leakage from just 4.5 hours on the water.

It was not enough to trip the float switch on the bilge pump. There needs to be probably 4-5 inches of water back there to trip the float switch, what came out was probably only 2 or 3 inches deep at the back. I purposely did not turn it on manually either, wanted to get a good video of how much came out when pulling the plug.

Alright guys, found the leak! And it's not a mechanical issue! It's another Swim Platforms issue, although an easily fixable one this time around. They removed the original panel that partially covered the transom area in order to install the platform. They then forgot to seal the screw holes, two of which are just below the water line. Here's a video, when I shot it I though the hole was for something else but realized what it was when I pulled the boat out of the water. So ignore the commentary, but this is a good shot of how much water was coming in.

I remember seeing the one on the port side and dabbing some 5200 on it, must have forgotten to check the other side. Anyway, that was it. When I pulled the boat out of the water I could see light shining through plain as day, not sure how I missed it given how many times I've been back under there for one thing or another.

Sealed a screw in 5200 to plug it up. Repeated on the other side too.

Also found a small leak coming from at least 3 of the trim tab mounting screws on the port side.

I thought about through-bolting this, might eventually but for now I just pulled the tab off and resealed it with 5200. The second screw hole from the left was stripped, I had an automotive screw with a washer attached from a previous project that was a hair bigger that I got in there instead. I don't think it's stainless, I'm not sure what automotive fasteners are made of, any of you have ideas? Should I pull this one back off and replace with stainless?

Now for some fun stuff, here's a couple of hole shot videos with the new Rev 4 21" pitch.

First one I took off and did a U turn at the same time. On looking at the video it looks like the prop may have ventilated for a bit by watching the tach, I don't remember feeling it though. Weird.

Second one is more or less a straight line hole shot, she comes up on plane quick! This was with trim tabs up too.
