And another door HAS opened, wife and I are just heading back from LOTO after a weekend of house hunting. We found a place on the 32mm that we love and have just submitted an offer to purchase. Fingers crossed!

You get this wrapped up we need pics or it never happened. And I'm believing that first run was just practice, and this deal is in the bank...

Awesome! What a great layout. The Dock is done nicley as it’s covered and balanced with extra support poles. Lift.. guest dock all with ocean views.

Woohoo Congrats!!!! What size slips does the dock have?

They are 10 x 24 each with one having a drive on lift ( attached to the dock at the front, not sure if that's a benefit in any way or a hinderence) it has a nice swim deck and ladder. Deep water year round and an awesome view. All Cobalt owners welcome all the time! Wife cannot wait to see the shootout, I'm sure that will be a crazy weekend and we will be ground zero for it.

Plans are to make that dock work for awhile, but eventually upgrade to a concrete dock with better lifts and bigger slips for my future A28 or R7!

Great location and great looking home!! You'll be party central come shootout week. I love that part of the lake the rest of the summer too because you can get away from it all and head towards Ha Ha Tonka, or head towards the dam and into the madness.

Thanks a lot! A big selling point was the location. 100% Paved roads in and all around us, community launch ramp and trailer parking, 10 minutes to most everything we will need by land. Access the whole lake by boat. I was a little nervous about being on the main channel as far as it being super rough water on the weekends - but we stayed for a week at the 2.5 mile on the Gravois main channel and if it's not rougher than that - we can handle it!
