Wasn't glued in well enough. I showed the service manager that there was no scratches. We just need it fixed asap

We were in a cove and everything was fine. Headed back to the ramp and this is what it looks like on the trailer. My dealer service dept is really stepping up the game to see if it can be fixed by Wednesday. I have not ruled out swinging by the factory to have a new one installed
I bet the hull flexed a bit and it just popped out. You should probably ask them to check the other side as well.

I am sure you're correct about the hull flexing and popping out. I think either someone didnt give the right surface prep before putting it on or didnt glue it correctly. I did also try and pull the other side out and it still seems attached.

Its warranty and thats why things come with warranty. Cobalt has stated to my dealer they are going to drop ship one to our house tomorrow - so the glue will be dry by the time we get to TRL. yippy

Lights look really sharp. Are the underwater lights also attached to the LED controller?

They are wired directly into the Garmin on the dash. It’s really cool, shadow caster makes an interface.

Picked up my R6 Surf today! Rough day at Tahoe, but I am so happy with it. Mostly white, with navy stripe and frost gray bottom.

We have a new CS22 and this has happened to our logo on the port side. I was walking by it on the trailer in the driveway and noticed it looked "wonky"-it had pulled away from the hull- and messed with it a little and realized I could just pull it off-I was able to press it back it place but it feels like it's in there with double back tape-not much else.

Under warranty so the dealer will assist of course, also have gelcoat crazing at bow cleats and tower that the dealer spotted and is addressing, swim deck isolating tape coming dislodged, engine compartment shock failure that caused gelcoat damage, etc, etc. We're excited to have our first Cobalt, but have to admit I'm a little disappointed with the list of "end of shift" looking build quality issues we've had to work with the dealer on.

She's heading back in again for the gelcoat service next week, so I'll be excited for them to get her set. Also trying to fix the Garmin system not hooked up to depth. They've told me they "fixed it" on past visits, but it's still out. I'm maintaining that we need to instal a dedicated sounder in the hull for the Garmin. I wouldn't have a boat without one now-really pleased with the wayfinding, but not thrilled that we paid 2,500+ for the option that's not connected for a primary purpose and our dealer service seems a little bit at a loss on how to fix it.

I guess this is not unusual. 2 weeks ago we uncovered our R7S and the same logo was there. We pulled out and did some minor water sports and ended up parking for a swim in the cove. When I jumped off the boat the same exact logo was missing on ours. I took it to the dealer for another minor issue and they tried to get another one ordered in for me. It didn't make it time for the next weekend so they just put a heavy bead of caulk around it and said to use it until the next time I could bring it in. It looks ugly but does not affect the performance of the boat so I'm not going to worry about it until I need to pull it out of the water again.

They def need a better system to attach. If I knew how they were installed I would have asked to skip them on my boat. Why would you want holes in the side of the boat that for the most part are unprotected?
