You know, nothing is cheap, and at no time can we just stick to an allotted budget. Always figure your budget and then 40% more. 😂
My wife is getting ready to tear out our kitchen this summer... 💸💸💸💸💸.

Truth be told, I look at our boat, and it’s just the perfect size. I am perfectly happy, and it’s almost a year later...🤒
26-28’ is the magic number for a size that’s manageable to launch/retrieve, ample space for friends, runs great with a single engine, in the “easy” resale category, and rides so good.

Hey BB we are friends here but I called dibs on the first! Go review the tape! Lol
You don't like blue. You get tr boat.
Nope I already called dibs on tr’s boat. Hell its already on the same dock 😀
They did move it the other day. Were you down there to see it? Curious how the lift is holding up. The prop is out of the water, I know that much.

Dealer just confirmed that Cobalt accepted the modification to the order for the VP. He said we are getting close to locking in the order with Cobalt, so the modifications to order won't happen soon once it's locked

Hey, I’m just sharing my mindset with others. 🤪
Cycle, I started out just wanting to sell my 2002 Chaparral Sunesta 233 for something used and a little bigger.

That led to me asking my Chap/Cobalt dealer what he had coming in, and then making the huge mistake of listening to him and going to the showroom and looking at an R5 Cobalt he had in stock.
Which led me to call my wife for a look.
That led to her telling me that I shouldn’t have called her because her eyes lit up😍
Which led to me speccing out a new R5
That led to me loading it up.
Which led to me going back to the plan of 27’, and moving to what I wanted for space, an R7 and removing some options..
It’s a process for me. 🤪
That led to me putting back all of the original R5 options, plus another 10K more.
Which led to an easy sale of my Chap.
That led to comparing them side by side at a boat show.
Which led to me sealing the deal on the 7...
That led me to taking delivery of the most beautiful boat in the world, except for BB’s dreamsicle.

Sounds very similar to my story Tuscany, except I sold a 15 month old pontoon. My R7 left Kansas yesterday and is expected to arrive at my dealer this week.

You boys keep working on him to upgrade to the R7 and he will need a new lake to use it on...won't be enough room to open up that newly upgraded VP engine where he is at now.

Don't worry NautiGirl, no threat of a R7. I'm very happy with the R5 I ordered. I'll make sure I keep you all updated.
