Since I can’t boat right now, help me prioritize my wishful upgrades

On my list is

Flag holder
Transom trim switch
Docking lights
Chart plotter
Cockpit table

Obviously cost is a factor but just curious how you would prioritize this—and—-am I missing anything obvious? Boat is an R3

Flag holder -4. Unnecessary, but important.
Transom trim switch-3. Redundant to me, priority for safe swimming for others. Cheap to install.
Docking lights -5 Useless for me, important to others who dock in pitch black. Not cheap.
Chart plotter - 1. I wouldn’t be without a view of the lake bottom/depth, period. Unquestioned #1. Damn the cost
Cockpit table -2. - We use this the most. Can’t eat or drink like a sophisticated animal without it.

1- Flag Holder (start small and work your way up)
2- Chart Plotter (unless you already know your lake really well and only boat in the daylight)
3-Docking Lights (only good for docking at night, but works extremely well)
4-Transom Switch (I agree with T, it's redundant)
5- Cockpit Table (only because I don't have one, and don't miss it)
