Liquid Chrome

hello all, I am looking to see if anyone has ever used any liquid chrome to do little touch ups on their boat. Please let me know if you have or if you believe that i am better off just leaving it alone.

I’ve never used it, but my inclination is to leave it alone or use a simple metal polish. A lot of our parts are stainless steel, and adding a chrome coating may not add much (or work all that well).
