R7 surf w tower towballs and Roswell rack installed

Anyone have a picture of an R surf boat with towballs installed. Dealer had no idea where to put them on my boat. My tower has 2 bars. 1 is painted and 1 is stainless. They appear to only fit on the painted bar which is larger but come with nothing to avoid damaging paint when torqued down. Dealer also installed Roswell board racks in the wrong place. Not pointing fingers, these are just very new to any dealer.

I have pictures of how to install from manufacturer if anyone has same problem.

Sorry I can't help you. But I'm subscribing to see pictures of your boat once you get it back. I foresee a similar problem in the coming months.

They normally mount with rubber between the bracket and the tower.
