I am getting a new R7 at end of season (lat Aug) and will be offering up my 2016 220s (for pickup late August). It is in great condition, works great. Asking 55k for boat and Phoenix trailer. Currently 176 hours on it and probably around 250 by end of season. Obviously this is an early post but figured I would put it out there. I haven't listed it anywhere else as of yet.

Hate to get rid of her because she is perfect in so many ways. Family just wants to surf so....R7 surf it is. (smaller surfs lack to much storage IMO)

Where r you on Norris lake? I’ll be staying north of the jumping bridge in August for a week? What marinas have best food in your opinion?

We are right near Shanghai, so close to where you will be.
Top places to eat IMO are
Sequoia, Star Dust and Shanghai
Best Bars are Tiki hut at deerfield and SugarHollow

Been to most of those places except star dust and I generally really like them. Star dust is top of my list for places to try. In 2016, sequoia was my favorite food. Last year I thought they were terrible. Prob different chef each year. Tiki bar is fun and it will be interesting at sugar hollow b/c of new owner. If you are down there them, we are staying at lakeside estates - night sky. Let’s grab a beer by the bridge

I'm curious; what did you pay for the boat? I priced one this year and the dealer was prepared to offer MSRP less 23%, so applying that to your boat, it would have cost in the are of $57,000 plus freight, PDI, trailer. With 250 hours and a V6/250, I think you might be on the high side. Just my opinion though - and maybe I should keep it to myself as I'm not in your market area.

So my offer does include the trailer, which I think makes it much more reasonable ask. If it were just the boat you are right it is high, but you take that 57k with a nice trailer and freight etc you are going to be north of 63k very likely. I know my asking isn't a steal by any means but I think it is reasonable and figure people would negotiate a little . I also had a nice trade in offer for it so not a HAVE to sell situation.

There are a couple of new members looking for this size boat. One is in Washington State and said used Cobalts are hard to find. Not sure if hes looking for this exact model but it wouldnt hurt to ask!
I think he's asking in cobalt general. Some of these new guys jump in whatever they might be reading so it's hard to keep track when you look for them. Maybe he'll see your thread?
