Cobalt 220S which battery is One and Two or is it house and starting. Wondering for the purpose of hooking up a Battery Tender / Charger. Or does it even make a difference.

Disconnect the neg cable on 1 and then you will know. The charger won't care.

Which ones your favorite.. kidding it doesn’t matter on battery charger . Isolate each or follow to the back of the switch.

You might want to alternate battery usage when out ,and use “all” for those times she’s cranking over slow if out listening to radio.

Ok so it does not matter hooking up the charger as long as both are hooked on a two bank charger.

Well be careful don't put the red from the charger on the black of the battery. Or you will be towing backwards too.

May even start in reverse ..LOL thanks you guys are great....

Keep in mind that if you have a 7611 ACR, it is probably going to connect the batteries together once you start charging anyway. If the green led on the ACR is on, they are connected. If your two batteries are the same chemistry, or your charge is multi output but not multi program, then you should not have a problem.
