Cobalt Factory Tour Dec. 14th 2018. Be there or be square

Team Nauti has booked a group factory tour at the Cobalt plant for Friday Dec 14th. We have been talking about it in another thread but I want to put it up here so everyone can see it, comment, make plans, cuss and discuss...
I'm sure everyone already knows, but the plant is in Neodesho Kansas, the southeast part of the State. Its 2.5 hours from Kansas City, 2 hours from Tulsa and 1.45 from Witchita for those flying in and driving. If folks want to come in on a Thursday evening to Tulsa, I'll try to get a good rate at a hotel where we can gather up and have dinner, and then drive up to the plant on Friday.
Depending on the feedback and participation, we will either carpool up and back (if enough locals show) or I could rent a 15 passenger van and we all ride up together.
I called the plant back in the summer and told them what we wanted to do and they said let them know and they'll try to schedule something special. I also met and talked to the regional rep at The Harbor at Table Rock Lake and he said the same thing, so I think we can make this a pretty cool trip.
They did something similar for Cobalt owners and prospective buyers from Grand Lake last summer and Cobalt rolled out the carpet for them, and included a "swag bag"" for every attendee with all kinds of cool stuff.
Paxton St Clair has retired to Grand Lake, so I'm going to try to contact him and see if he'll join us. Who knows where that will lead, but when I told the rep and the factory that Cobalt Chat wants to come for a visit they got pretty excited. So we'll see. How cool would it be to have the founder of Cobalt hang with us?
So, let's try to get a head count and firm up how many people are coming. This is Teams Nautis deal so I hope I'm not overstepping, but I'd sure like to meet as many of the buoys and gulls of our little community as possible
A7 has mentioned he may fly into Kansas City, so maybe gdane or someone there can do the same in getting a hotel, and then we all converge on the plant Friday morning.
Dang I'm already getting revved up! Let's do this!
Gdane is going to do his level best to get our shirts out in time so we show up looking a good as we all think we do!
