Just watched those videos and wow what fun that would be.
Flying with the Flir night vision would be fun. I like the V nose punching through , splitting waves. Then the Cat rear with the surface drives are awesome.

Since they are only partially submerged, the drives must spin at an ungodly speed.
That thing looks awesome!

not really, the props are designed to be ventilated, so RPM is on par with conventional props..SPDs are generally considered to be 15-20% more efficient than conventional inboard or stern drives at higher speeds, but at the sacrifice of low speed maneuverability. I assume a yacht that big has thrusters to handle slow speed maneuvering.
