Hey all,
It's almost boating season here in North Idaho. I went and paid for our moorage slip over the weekend. We are definitely looking forward to getting on the water. Over the weekend I installed the SeaDek padding on my swim deck. Easy installation and it really is nice and looks great. I'll eventually get this in the rest of the boat and pitch the carpet.

This template was for a 2005 swim deck and I have a 2006, I called them and it fit perfect. They, SeaDek, was very good on the phone with knowledge of various Cobalt boats.

Yes is the same template from 2003 to 2007. I got my template from there too. But mine wasn't very close. Then I made my own lines and you would think they would follow those. Nope. That wasn't seadek.

We just got a new 2018 220S and it doesn't have a swim platform pad. I asked the marina if they could put one on but they told me that with the texture on the platform and swim platform they wouldn't recommend it. My question is what do people do? The look and the feel is something we want. Thought's and Help would be appreciated.

I love my pad. I think it is marine mat and was installed by the factory. Boat was delivered July 2015 and still is holding like new. Sorry for the bad photo as I only had a pic of it on my work pc
