I might be getting a new puppy as well. Our Border Collie just turned 8 so we have decided it is time to get him a friend to keep him young. So tomorrow we are driving about 2 hours to look at a miniature Australian Sheppard. We do agility training with our border so looking for another herder to carry on the dog sports. I might introduce it to dock diving as well if it likes the water and frisbees. But here is a picture of the little guy. He is 14 weeks old now so he would be ready to go.

I found out it was an Aussie mixed with a lab so it would get to about 70lbs. Our border has to be the alpha male of the house so that wouldn’t work. Our border is 45ish lbs and a mini Aussie gets to about 35lbs at the most.

Aussie Jack (AJ)
Mojo
Cobie (obviously after Cobalt)
Snickers (since his markings resemble a snickers bar)

I really need to keep Mrs. akor off this site, I'll have a 4th dog in a week with you all posting stuff like this!

Well after about 5hrs round trip we came home with the new puppy! We are thinking his name will be Mojoe but we will see if it sticks. Here is a pick of him and one of the whole family.

We don't have to set an alarm anymore. 6:35 on the dot every morning Marzen is standing at the side of the bed saying it's time to get up! Just like with babies, no more sleeping in!
