I contacted good ole Patrick at Cobalt. He's great. He sent me this about my boat. I was just asking him if anything that I didn't know about my boat was done to it.
Thought it was cool to see how rare it really is.

Neat to see that he's willing to shed some light on their parts policy, and how they distinguish build parts from surplus or bulk parts. Thanks for the info Bigblock,
