February 1 outage

We were offline for about a day on February 1st, as our hosting service (Bluehost) moved the board from one server to another without prior notification and didn't transfer credentials for the database that hosts all of our content properly. Sorry for yet another outage at the hands of our hosts, but they do have a reputation as being one of the better hosting providers out there.
