Bought some replacement lights for gauges. Any pics how to replace? Do I just pull & plug in new one?

Do you have a pic of the back of the instrument panel?

I thought I had a picture but I don't. Just reach your hands back there and get a hold of the 194 bulb socket and give it a 1/4 turn

That's how mine is.
Unsure what vintage his boat is and whether Cobalt used any LED's in later models.

Led in our years dash. No I put them in my 200 a few years ago and it messed up all of my guages due to the grd loop. They may have fixed that issue in some of the 194 style led but I haven't looked in a long time. I don't boat at night so no need.

Wow! Your dash lights look amazing. Mine are red back lit from factory. I just bought some replacement white bulbs for now. This is the time of year when I stay out after sunset b/C its cool out. Stars are amazing. I definitely want to try LEDs.....if not for gauges, definitely for interior. Been all over the boat plug.com site. I’ll up my gauge pics In a few. About to head down to the dock. Thanks guys.

Right you can get Colored non led that's not a issue.

I think I’ll go with red LEDs for gauges to stay with current look. But I’d like to go blue for the interior lights. Saw a Cobalt once that installed black lights for interior. Looked
Awesome at night on the white interior.

“Son of a f a Cobalt!” Screw that. 1hr in and sweating off 10lbs, I can’t find any twist and pull replacement bulb except for on one gauge. Pulled one wire and it took me 35min to get it back. Just another reason why I am every service mans best friend. I cant fix or do ‘ship’ on any of my toys. Hahahah!

But I did find this one bulb I SUCCESSFULLY changed. The red tint is from bulb condemns. Who knew????

Yes it's a blast. Been there done that.
