I’ve only been there once as a civilian too D67. Lost count on the military side. It never gets old though.
With the time difference, I’m sure you’re naturally enjoying the 4am wake-ups and watching those beautiful sunrises.
Will we see any morning surf workout pics?

Hey gang, sorry for the delay, Spent Thanksgiving nite solo as wife had to fly back to mainland, an I stayed. 
Finally seeing Pearl from the civilian side was a stark difference to my time in the Coast Guard arriving in Pearl Harbor.
To see the oil seeping up in person almost 78 years later is stunning..
Reverence to that generation and what we as a country overcame when war was brought to our doorstep.
A profound affect on me seeing it from the non military side and experiencing it this way. Loce our resolve and might to stand back up and win..
