I'm thinking about not putting the original seats back in my 19BR there's nothing wrong with them the vinyl is in great shape,I just think I'd like 4 separate seats so that no one has to ride backward and would be able to turn around wherever they want.Maybe more comfortable?? Any suggestions? Something in the 100-150$ each range?? Yea I'm a bit of a tight wad(my wife says I squeak when I walk) I've looked at some nice seats on Amazon and Ebay but can't make up my mind if it's something I really want to do,now is the time to do it if it's going to happen. So opinions please or other ideas...

Keep the original back-to-back seats. If you get something cheap and aftermarket it wont look right. i find the rear facing seats to be the best seat in the boat

From a resale perspective the originals is the way to go, but I totally get your thinking. Found this on the interweb, pretty cool layout for socializing but eats up a lot of room. I think 4 pedestal seats would take up too much room as well, but pics of your interior now may get the mind going.

I like this look AK, it's almost the greatest layout in boating interior history.

Hog - do the back to backs slide down into loungers? if they do stay OG all the way.

Cheap and aftermarket.......very true,if I do go pedistal they would have to "look" just right.The back to back are in great shape and very comfortable.

I have seen that layout on Cobalt it was a option for my year of boat and does look nice but does take up a lot of room.......There is nothing in the interior of my boat right now,everything had to come out to repair the floor(rotted wood) so it sort of a clean slate right now.

We had a Sea Ray that the passenger side where laid out flat 90% of the time.

Ok I was just in ebay and there's pretty much the whole interior from a 226 that could work perfect in your boat. It's got the bow seats and the rear and side seats. Just search Cobalt boats.

uhh... that would be extremely difficult to make work and wouldnt look right at all.

Why not. If it's the right colors it could work perfectly.

Found it. I was looking for pedistal seats but I think I'll just keep my back to back lounger seat and maybe use the money for a nice sound system.. Thanks for all the info guys.
