looking for carpet, tonneau and rear filler for 282

Hello folks,
When we got our 2002 282, we are missing a few things. If anyone has them and wants to part with them, let me know.
We are missing the front bow tonneau and the cockpit Tonneau covers. Black is the color. But I would take any color.
We are missing the carpets for the interior. Ours were dark gray because the ones in the head are there. Even if you have them and they are in bad shape, I would take them as templates to make new ones.
Lastly, we are missing the horizontal part(seat bottom) of the center filler for the aft entry area. We have the seat back part and the sundeck filler, but not the bottom. Again, even if it is shot, I would buy it just for the template purposes.

Thank you much for reading this far!

smooth sailing,

Kevin

Very cool Kevin. How about making a pattern out of mylar and switch to seadek type material instead of carpet. Remember the carpet has shrunk so don't copy it exactly. Good luck.

Try Matworks. They carry tons of templates. I redid my 2005 chris craft speedster, and upgraded the original berber like carpet with duraweave.

Oh ok the bow and cockpit covers. The snaps from another persons boat will be in diff spots. Just get a custom one made. Same place can prob do you bottom cushion.

BBP, thought about it but the captain doesnt like the Seadek material. She likes the carpet for when we are just going out but no beach or wet feet.

Yes, there is a canvas and upholstery shop around the corner. I will speak to them. I have the tools to put the snaps on. I just need the covers made.

Thanks

Kevin

First mistake never ask the captain. πŸ˜‚
I did 1 time and I have gray sea dek instead of teak. Never again. All boating decisions are made by me.
If they don't ask I don't tell. Pretty simple.

I am in the process of having custom cushions made for my bow, and aft for my 282.

I can have her make an extra seat bottom of the aft filler if you wish.... ? (matching would be the hard part)

Hi, I am interested in an aft seat filler for my 2008 282. How much are they going to cost?

Sorry, just saw this. I have 2 local shops looking to make my bow and aft fillers. Should be able to report back in next couple weeks. It’s busy season for those vendors and making vpcustom cushions isn’t necessarily profitable due to hours involved.

That would be awesome! Is it just the cover in white? or are you doing the base as well?
I can probably make the base. this cushion has the two straps with the snaps, like the picture?

Let me know what it would cost and I can paypal you. You can PM me.

Thanks,

Kevin

Fharen, did you ever get your rear filler seat bottom made for your boat? I am still interested in one for my boat as well.
Can you provide the contact information and a picture of your finished seat?

Thanks,

Kevin
