Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1997 Cobalt 200 or anything close to that? I just purchased a Add-A-Battery Kit witch comes with the SI-ACR Automatic Charging Relay and Dual Circuit Plus Battery Switch. And just trying to make sure I have a plan before I jump into this...
Thank you in advance for any help!

There is another document on there that shows basic wire routing, but nothing that's detailed enough to help you.
I had this bookmarked a while back when I was looking at ACR options, might help:

I am doing this same Add a Battery, Battery Switch, and ACR on my boat right now. You can read the directions with the Blue Seas Battery Switch and ACR, they are pretty good. Also, you should read in your owners manual for your engine, to find out how many Amps your Alternator is putting out. This will tell you what gauge wire you need to use for the ACR wiring. My alternator is 75 Amp, so looking at the Blue Seas instuctions, I bought 4 gauge wire and (2) 100 Amp circuit breakers to go on each side of the ACR.

Beggining in the manuals for 2002 Cobalt boats the wiring diagram is in the manual. May be similar to wiring in 1997. The diagram is simplified so if you need information for each wire they dont provide that information. You may be able to decide the color coding by looking at the ABYC specs for that. Google them and look for images of the color code for boats.
Hope this helps
